Digital Marketing Manager

SawStop is the world leader in power tool safety, and we're looking for a strategic, driven Digital Marketing Manager to join our team! Headquartered in Tualatin, Oregon, SawStop is the #1 manufacturer of table saws for the commercial and hobbyist markets, and our safety technology has saved thousands of users from devastating, life-changing table saw injuries. Founded in Oregon, SawStop is part of the TTS Group, a 2,500+ employee family-owned company based in Germany with a focus on long-term growth.

SawStop is looking to expand our strategic focus in the digital space and we need a contributor and leader with experience in analysis, strategy and execution in all facets. Responsibilities:

  • Strategy
    • New business development
    • New customer acquisition
  • Manages digital marketing
    • Campaign implementation
    • Paid, social, SEO, display advertising
    • Email automation and lead generation
    • Multi-platform customization
  • Measures critical KPIs
    • Develop analytics Closed loop sales tracking
    • Ensure success of acquisition efforts
    • Report monthly metrics
  • Vendor management
    • Negotiates placements
    • Manages relationships
  • Omnichannel Messaging
    • Coordinate messaging between digital marketing and other stakeholders to ensure consistency.
  • Supervise agencies and vendors for specific projects
  • Develop annual budget
  • Meet profit and sales targets
    • New business development
    • New customer acquisition
    • ROI proposals
  • Company resource on digital best practices and new technology development

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications or related field
    • MBA Preferred
  • 7 years of digital marketing experience
  • Strong analytics experience (Excel/Reporting)
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Excellent time and project management skills
  • Quick thinker, clear communicator, collaborative problem-solver
  • Experience with SEO/SEM, marketing automation, content management, email marketing, sales enablement, social media management and display advertising campaigns
  • Working knowledge of HTML and CSS
  • Expert knowledge in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite products
  • Ability to convince marketing vp that, even though you are missing one or more of these requirements, there is sufficient evidence to support claims to your capabilities and potential
