Duties Summary:

  • Create reports, quotes and orders
  • Data Entry in MS Excel, Sage CRM and Sage MAS
  • Outbound and inbound calls and emails with customers and dealers
  • Support dealer relations (500+ dealers)
  • Support outside regional sales team
  • Assist Sales and Marketing Team with various projects
  • Database cleanup
  • General admin support functions

Requirements:

  • Strong general computer and Internet skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Proficiency in Sage CRM and Sage 100 (MAS)
  • Professional phone demeanor
  • Excellent command of the English language (spelling and grammar)
  • Able to lift 50 pounds above head

Education:

Associates degree or 2 years' relevant experience in Sales or Sales Support position.
